Sandy Baur

Sandy joined The Swanson Group, LLC in August of 2022 and has spent over 20 years in accounting, but also spent five years as a middle school and high school teacher. She has a Master's Degree in Education from Emporia State University in Emporia, KS, and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. Most of her accounting career has been spent preparing taxes for Windham, ME, firms, Gowen, Sawyer & Company, LLC and Baur & Associates, LLC ( a business which she used to own), but she also did internal auditing and accounting management for Fortune 500 companies and banks in the St. Louis, MO, area. Sandy has lived in Maine for 20 years and currently resides in North Yarmouth, ME. She enjoys spending time with her three sons and her dog Luna.
